All sales are final. No refunds will be provided if a participant chooses to withdraw after registration.
If the event is postponed by Phronesis, all registrations will automatically be carried forward to the new date.
If the new date is not suitable, participants may request a one-time transfer of their registration to another eligible participant, or to the next available intake of the same program.
If the event is cancelled entirely by Phronesis, a full refund will be issued within 30 days.
Registrations are transferable once only to another eligible participant, with written notice submitted at least seven (7) days before the first day of the camp.
The replacement participant must complete all required consent and registration forms before the camp begins.
Multiple or repeated transfers are not allowed.
